Admission Process

How to apply ?

Option 1 – Online form Filling

  1. Visit the official Vishwakarma University (VU), Pune website: www.vupune.ac.in
  2. Click on the “Apply for Admission” button.
  3. Carefully review all relevant information regarding approvals, fee structure, required documents, hostel facilities, and programme details.
  4. Once your queries are resolved, click on “Secure Provisional Admission.”
You will then complete the following steps: Step 1: Fill in the Basic Information (Application Form) and pay ₹2,000 (non-refundable) as the application fee. Step 2: Complete the Detailed Provisional Admission Form and pay ₹25,000 as the first instalment to confirm your provisional admission. Important updates and PDF attachments will be shared via email at each stage. Please monitor your email regularly. Your provisional admission is confirmed only after successful submission of the forms and payment of the required fees.

Option 2 – Offline (In-Person) Application

You may also visit the Counselling & Admissions Office at Vishwakarma University, Pune, Building No. 5, Ground Floor – Admission Cell During your visit, you can:
  • Learn about the programme, curriculum, syllabus, infrastructure, and facilities.
  • Complete the Application Form (₹2,000 non-refundable fee).
  • Submit the Provisional Admission Form along with ₹25,000 as the first instalment.
