About Us
At Vishwakarma University Pune, the Department of Pharmacy is a step ahead by equipping students to master in a skill set to adapt and evolve with the shifting nature of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry through a syllabus, pedagogical techniques, and training that are always in sync with the latest industry standards.
The department has adopted the latest and advanced technological features in the pharmacy field, as laid down by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). To enable this, the laboratories are well equipped with the latest, modern scientific instruments, and students can access the library with the best reference books, scientific magazines, and journals.
Building technical and managerial capabilities amongst students to meet the needs of society and industry is an integral part of the Pharmacy. The department ensures the creation of awareness amongst students about the social demands and the role of a pharmacist in society.
